First off, Loewe’s got this whole “luxury” thing down. They’re Spanish, been doing leather goods since, like, forever (1846, apparently?!). That’s seriously old school. So, you know you’re getting something that’s not just gonna fall apart after a few months of shoving it in your bag.
But here’s the thing that *really* gets me: the “handmade” aspect. Okay, I gotta admit, sometimes I’m a little skeptical about these “handmade” claims. Like, how *much* of it is actually handmade, y’know? But Loewe seems to be genuinely into this craft thing. They even had this “Crafted World” exhibition in Shanghai, all about their history and, like, their dedication to handmade arts. That’s pretty cool.
And speaking of cool, have you *seen* some of their wallets? They’ve got the classic ones, like the Anagram suede zip coin wallet (tan suede? yes, please!), but they also do, like, these crazy color combos and different leathers. Something for everyone. Plus, the inside is like, *perfectly* laid out. You know, plenty of slots for cards, a place for cash that isn’t all squished… It’s the little things, right?
I saw one on Poshmark the other day… a long wallet, seriously gorgeous. And it was, like, 70% off! I almost bought it, but then I remembered I already have, like, three wallets. Oops. Maybe I should just sell one of *them* on eBay? Hmmm…
